Role Overview
Account Manager plays a key role in Field Sales team, who will manage pre-defined highest potential accounts to achieve sales goal and increase the share of wallet. This role involves executing all sales activities including demand generation, build solid customer relationship, provide technical consulting, solving problems with applications and system engineers as well as partners, and working closely with internal or external cross functional teams for long-term account development plan, besides being in a team which is full of passion, energy, active and unite.
The Account Manager takes the key position that represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-oriented activities. These meaningful activities will help you to demonstrate your leadership, your value and build trust with our customers which is a strong support to corporate’s vision: Be the leader in software-defined Automated Test and Automated Measurement systems. At the same time, it also provides an excellent opportunity for personal development towards world class account manager.
Key Responsibilities
- A vision of mutual business success within assigned accounts.
- Networking and discovery within assigned accounts to engage growth area, create and sustain and expand valued relationships with customers, continuously generate demands and sales opportunities.
- Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.
- Planning and executing account development plan to generate demand in identified areas of focused industry.
- Demonstrate account / industry knowledge thru due diligence and ability to drive revenue by utilizing sales tools and providing accurate forecasts.
- Work internally / externally as a team.
- Align, Plan and execute policies of organizations.
- Be active in providing customer updates, product feedback to cross-function team.
Key Performance Objectives
- Consistently meets sales objective goals to achieve sales quota.
- Manage opportunities pipeline to set focus and priority.
- Provide accurate forecast based on accounts/industry insight to prioritize activities.
- Up to date account plan for further cross-functional account penetration.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electronic and Information Engineering, communication engineering, Computer
science and Engineering, or equivalent.
- Have solid knowledge on RF, SDR and wireless communications, .etc.
- Minimum 3 years of Sales Experience in test and measurement industry.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
- Highly effective written and spoken English communication skill.
- Team player, Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Open mind, Critical Thinking.
- Solid Knowledge and Experience on massiveMIMO, mmWave system architecture.
