Senior Account Manager
Wonderlabs is seeking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team to establish valuable client relationship and together to create exciting interactive experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily communication with clients, maintaining good relationship and helping them to achieve potential and scalable needs.
2. Grasp the management to promote and implement a project, and lead the team with 3-5 people to work independently.
3. Monitor and ensure the project schedule and internal processes are developed smoothly;
4, With good resolution ability and communication skills to complete a simple project independently;
5, Tap into new clients, help clients research and collect the information and insight of the market and consumer trend.
6. Explore the potential needs of clients to carry out new business.
Requirements:
1. 2-4 years working experience of customer service in advertising, exhibition or new media industry.
2. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to maintain good client relations and coordinate the arrangements of internal work;
3. In-depth understanding and personal interested for interactive marketing with a strong brand strategy and strategic thinking ability
4. Able to develop valuable client relationship and has a good interpersonal relationship
5. Good management skills and team building ability
6. Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
