We are looking for PR & Event genius.

 Job Duties :

•  Manage the team, developing guidelines, directing work, and other related tasks 

•  Coach and mentor team members to ensure strong capability building and talent pipeline

•  Prepare written presentation, proposal and press release etc.

•  Prepare materials to media enquiries, draft and issue press releases, organize press release and other promotional events including venues reservations, stage set up etc.

•  Provide high quality customer services by tailor-made proposals

•  Lead the team to set up sales plan and to fulfill job tasks for the retainer department

•  Responds to public relations crisis, operational problems, and establish media hedging programmes and measures 

•  Conduct data monitoring and collect market intelligence to help solve client's problems

 Education & Experiences:

•  Degree holder in Journalism, Communication, Language, Business Studies or other related disciplines

•  At least 8 Years of solid experience in the field of PR for Technology, Corp Communication, Education, Public Affairs, Startups, Game and eSports is preferred

•  Previous experience in a PR agency will add a strong advantage

•  Solid experience in event management and production

•  Extra experience in social media and corporate marketing will be an edge

•  Well-organized, detail-minded & independent

•  Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English & Mandarin
