We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Account Manager to drive search revenue and exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will bring deep media sales experience, strategic thinking, customer obsession, a passion for innovation and best-practice sharing, all while showing they can deliver exceptional results over time.
Role Description
The Corporate Account Manager engages with a portfolio of advertisers and agencies who are reaching their audience through Bing Ads. They seek solutions for their customers and sell through opportunities to increase the return on ad spend while at the same time driving toward sales targets.
Responsibilities

•Develop and iterate effective portfolio and account plans
•Achieve revenue and product adoption targets
•Educate clients on the Bing Ads platform and campaign management
•Introduce and upsell new features to advertisers
•Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, remove blockers, and create a more seamless customer experience
•Ensure resolution of escalated customer issues
•Act as an ambassador and representative for Microsoft in the advertising and media community
•Develop and maintain an in depth understanding of performance advertising and trends affecting or influencing the marketplace
•Maintain functional knowledge of new features, products and initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem
Qualifications
Qualifications
•Fluency in French and English
•Experience in a client-facing role, sales/account management
•Bachelor’s degree required
•Demonstrated passion for performance advertising
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proven ability to understand customer needs, build ongoing relationships, and create solutions
•Proven quantitative and analytical experience
•Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines
This role does not have a relocation budget hence an existing work permit in Ireland is required.
