• To maintain and process accurate and timely bookkeeping for Accounts payable.
• Prepare for GL, incl. Fixed assets, SEM and other monthly financial reports
  

• Operate daily employee reimbursement processing and posting;
• Prepare payment proposal and answer the questions from employees;
• Be responsible for monthly reporting (1814 SEM) and other related closing activities;
• Be responsible for 3314 GL entries, cash management, FA, open items clearing, and other reporting;
• Be responsible for vendor confirmation/customer confirmation;
• Other miscellaneous tasks assigned
  

• Detailoriented, stable, downto-earth, good communication, good learning agility, team player, interpersonal skills;
• 1 or 2 years' GL working experience in accounting;
• Bachelor's degree, majored in Accounting and Finance related will be a plus;
• English: good English writing, workable on verbal English;
• Good at excel;
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
• Familiar with IFRS and PRC GAAP will be preferred.
