Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for a broad range of account-related work independently and prepare annual report and consolidated financial statements

- Prepare and review management account for the HK Subsidiaries and ensure compliance with accounting standards as well as statutory requirments

- Review and perform financial analysis for the management accounts

- Prepare annual budgeting and forecasting

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis in assessing potential deals as and when requried

- Participate in some special project such as capital reorganizaiton and certain major acquisition and disposal projects for the Company

- Liaise with auditors and other professionals regarding audit, tax and banking matters

Job Requirments

- Tertiary Education in Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines

- Qualified member of HKICPA or ACCA an advantage

- 3 years' solid experience in accounting & finance, prfereably gained from listed companies

- Sound knowledge with minimum 1 year hands on experience in group consolidation

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua

- Independent, proactive, detail-minded and responsible
