Job duties:

• Review on organization controls, operating procedures to increase its efficiency and effectiveness and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Develop and implement the financial and business risk management framework
• Drive the improvement strategy to increase business process efficiency
• Develop action plan of internal control
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders for the awareness and execution of the Group's internal control principles
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the Group's internal audit & external audit
• Prepare the related reports, dashboard and presentation for internal control and risk management functions
• Assist in the execution of ad-hoc finance initiatives/projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/ Finance and student member of HKICPA/ACCA/CIMA
• Minimum 3 years relevant experiences in auditing / commercial sector
• Experience in FMCG / retail / catering industry is a plus
• Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong critical mindset, analytical skill and problem solving skills
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, willing to take challenges and work under pressure
• Able to work multi-tasking under tight deadlines
