Responsibilities:
Work with various project development/project financing teams and understand project cost and funding structure;

Develop weekly project cash flow forecast based on project cost and funding structure;

Initiate and participate in various business meetings to understand the progress of a project in development, EPC and financing stage;

Read through all the investment documents & memos and financial models to assess the profitability and funding requirement of an investment;

Ensure the preparation of full set of accounts (AR, AP, daily book-keeping, bank reconciliation, inter-company transactions, forecast, cash flow statements, billing, inventory and costing) for management review;

Develop and maintain monthly financial reporting, forecasts and budget packages;

Deliver actionable items or recommendations based on findings through thorough research and analysis;

Develop an effective process and ensure that all issues are adequately identified and driven to closure by working with relative owners in operations or finance;

Prepare Accounting Memo for Project related transactions, for example, VIE assessment, Revenue recognition assessment and Lease assessment;
Assist with regional consolidation reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Finance.

Qualified Accountant with over 6 years of experience in financial analysis/accounting in a large MNC.

Strong Excel skills and SAP experience is preferred.

Strong communication skills in English.

Ability to solve problems independently in a fast paced environment.

Strong desire to learn and grow.

Big 4 training or audit experience is an advantage.
