Your tasks and responsibilities : You will perform ensure compliance of Siemens GRG, accounting instructions, closing guidelines and all You will implement accounting guideline and policy updates/ changes and timely communication of information You will conduct accounting trainings and refresher courses to ensure quality knowledge in organization You will address accounting queries, preparation of accounting memo and review of journal vouchers You will responsible for content review and analysis of financial statements, timely alignment with management and business You will ensure completeness of monthly and quarterly closing activities and requirements, timely delivery of financials Esprit and Adstar You will coordinate external and internal financial audits and support related queries and preparation of audit schedules and information You will ensure the operation service's quality , timeliness and effectiveness You will support digitalization initiatives and improvements in accounting processes and procedures and implement global initiatives You will execute internal controls in operations and support implementation of measures to remediate deficiencies You will contribute to inter-teams collaboration and communication, high performance culture You will extend guidance and supervision to other accounting team members when is required You will drive and support process harmonization across countries / zones You will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in pension relevance topic To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.healthcare.siemens.com/ Your qualifications and experiences: You hold a successfully completed Degree in Accounting , preferably with professional accounting qualification You have at least more that 4 years of working experience in accounting/ finance with exposure to business requirements You have in depth SAP FICO knowledge Your personality and skills: You possess strong technical accounting background and knowledge on various accounting, finance and reporting methodologies and procedures You are a strong team player, independent and embrace high performance culture and SHS principles You have ability to take lead and execute complex task to success independently and effectively You possess strong communication and presentation skills to facilitate process of sharing information and knowledge Our global team : We are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives around the world.
