Key Responsibilities:

• Assist to enhance all-rounded accounting problems on A/P & A/R, report to Finance Manager and Project Finance Manager
• Very familiar on using Oracle ERP (A/P & A/R) module, assist to identify and fix the payment issues interface between ERP to bank platform
• Assist Finance Manager to supervise A/P & A/R
• Work closely with the finance teams of other affiliates in Hong Kong & China team about sharing services
• Assist setup and deploy financial controls to meet the internal controls, risk management and corporate governance requirements of the Group

Requirements:  

• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, with at least 3 years supervisory experience would be advantage
• Student member or finalist of professional accounting body i.e. ACCA, HKICPA, CIMA or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & experience in Oracle Financial is a must.  Has the knowledge of using CitiDirect (Citibank payment platform) is a good plus
• Demonstrate previous skillset or experience on project enhancement on accounting is definitely an advantage
• Good commend of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Great interpersonal and presentation skills to communicate well with senior management
• Required to work overtime on weekends and public holidays during certain periods for month end closing
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Accountant
• Immediate available or short notice candidate is highly preferable
