Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Managers / Managers, this role is accountable for:

• Assist and provide the support to the Seniors to ensure timely completion of month-end closing and financial reporting
• Responsible for preparing full set of accounts for property management clients
• Prepare the financial reporting schedules, financial analysis and bank reconciliation statements on monthly basis
• Work closely with internal and external parties in gathering information for analysis and reporting
• Liaise with auditors and operation team for auditing tasks
• Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• LCCI Higher / HKIAAT member / HKICPA student or equivalent, Qualified Accountant with HKICPA or related professional qualification is preferred
• 5 years' working experience in Accounting / Auditing / Finance with a supervisory role is definite advantage
• Prior experience in handling full set of accounts is a must
• Experience in handling external auditors and client accounting is highly preferred
• Solid analytical skills, responsible, detail conscious and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Presentable with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in using PC operation, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and familiar with accounting software but not necessary
• Ability to perform multi-task, work independently and be a good team player
