The Job:

Responsible for the data maintenance of group finance master data in SAP Finance System.
Ensure compliance of the Master Data Creation / Maintenance processes and service levels, work closely with IT and Country Finance Master Data Team, to highlight and resolve any deviation or issues.
Participate in system testing for new processes and system changes.
Prepare monthly finance reporting, master data reporting and analysis work
Support the updating of Group Finance standard operating procedures and training documentation for SAP Finance System.
Support ad hoc projects in Group Finance Project Office.
The Person:

University graduate with a degree preferably in Accounting or Finance
Student member or qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferable in retail, manufacturing or FMCG industry and with project management experience.
Prior experience in external auditing will be an advantage
Attention to details, mature and hard-working with the ability to work independent and under pressure
Proficient in using ERP applications (SAP / Oracle), MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Candidates with less experience may be considered for a 1-year contract position
