Your tasks and responsibilities: You plan and prepare financial statements according to PFRS requirements, accounting policies and guidelines. You coordinate and support local financial audits and tax audits. You manage and support local accounts payable operations such as invoice receipt and processing, documentation requirements, vendor inquiries etc. You manage and support country financing/banking operations such as bank contact and documents, bank guarantee requirements, dividend and loan requirements, hedging documentation requirements, central bank inquiries and requirements. You ensure relevant internal controls are in place and work on remediation where applicable. You keep abreast with changes of internal guidelines and external accounting standards. You liaise and collaborate with AC Hub and GBS team to ensure month-end closing requirements are delivered. You initiate and support country accounting process optimizations and digitalization. You manage central filing and retention of all accounting documents, tax documents. You are also responsible for other assignments or projects that may be assigned by the in-country and/or functional manager. You have experience and exposure to business requirements of diversified industries. You have experience in handling bank related transactions, specifically forex transactions, letters of credit, and hedging. You have SAP knowledge and are proficient in Office 365 tools. CPA License is an added advantage. Your attributes and skills: You are result oriented, organized and able to work independently in a proactive manner. You are self-motivated and are highly driven to make things happen. You possess strong analytical skills with good command of both written and spoken English. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
