Job duties

• Handle full set of Accounts, including reconciling of Intercompany transactions;
• Monthly reconcile account transaction between accounting system;
• Responsible for monthly management & financial reports, as well as all kinds of reports in related to budgeting and forecasting;
• Assist in year-end audit and tax issues;

Requirements & Qualification

• Degree in Accounting and Finance or related disciplines
• 8 to 10 years of experience in accounting and finance. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Clerk/ Officer;
• Experience in trading / freight forwarding / logistics company is preferred;
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in computer skills is a must, e.g. Excel, Word, and ERP system;
