Requirements

• HKCEE / Diploma / LCCI
• 3 - 5 years full set of accounts experience in garment Trading Companies or manufacturing industries
• Good MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook) skills
• Hands-on experiences of MYOB

Responsibilities 

• Handle full set of accounts
• Shipping arrangement
• Handle HR & Admin. duties
• Handle daily routine accounting duties including prepare voucher; issue sales invoice & receipt; payment follow up; arrange cheque, online & transfer payment; filing, etc.
• Handle month end closings & year end closings
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assignment as required
