Senior Accounts Clerk

Job Description

Responsibilities

+ Perform daily accounting duties including preparing vouchers, cheque payments and data entry

+ Handle full set of Accounts

+ Assist in handling financial management, preparation of accounting and financial reports

+ Maintain proper documentation of financial records and reports

+ Handle ad hoc tasks as required

 

Requirements

+ DSE / LCCI Intermediate Level or above in accounting

+ At least 1 year of working experience in accounting field is preferred

+ Well versed in Excel and knowledgeable in computerized accounting software (Peachtree)

+ Proactive, willing to learn and detail-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills

+ Able to meet tight deadlines

+ Immediate availability is highly preferred
