  • Plan and lead employee activities and annual CSR events.
  • Provide high quality, prompt office administration management, including but not limited to, office layout, office supplier management, tickets booking travelling, shuttle, meal, cleaning, security, greenery, 5S etc.
  • Coordinate administrative and project-related activities (seminar, meetings, guest visits, etc.).
  • Customer Satisfaction – Maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers. High level of service can always be delivered to users
  • Support GFSS HR activities implementation. Ensure all HR practice is carried out according to designed process and all related records are maintained according to compliance requirement.

  • General Administration / Culture & Communication Work:

  1. Office admin. arrangement such as purchase, manage and maintain office supplies, etc. to ensure clear, safety, organized office environment.

  2. Team building & events organization

  3. Champion all of Inclusion and Diversity Events to enhance awareness.

  4. Visitor accommodation/schedule arrangement

  5. Meeting arrangements

  6. Eaton Wellness program implementation

  7. Car/Driver management

  8. Prepare admin. expense analysis reports

  9. Office facility coordination

10.Liaison of Campus EHS

  • Maintain smooth communication channels in workplace and coordinate communication activities.
  • Organize and facilitate various employee activities to promote the company philosophy and values, like outing/annual dinner/family day/ CSR events, etc.
  • Independently handle on boarding process and resignation process.
  • Monthly reporting, like expense report, organization chart, E-star, etc.
  • Assist HRM on daily HR activities, follow HR policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years relevant experience in administrative related function
  • Good English both in Oral and Written
  • Good communication skill and time management skill
  • Self-motivated and have the ability to deal with moderately complex and difficult problems/assignments independently
  • Skilled in work prioritization with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at the same time.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
  • Good business awareness, open minded and proactive.
  • Proficient in Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, Outlook, etc.).
