Senior Administration Manager (Ref.: 20003CM)
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing and supervising the administration and operation of the Registry Unit;
- Taking charge of the Registry function of the School (admission and student records, examination, graduation and timetabling and student affairs, etc);
- Overseeing system development and work procedures to enhance operational efficiency and service quality;
- Ensuring the quality of publications, reports and information for internal users and external parties;
- Coaching and supervising general support staff in daily operation according to the School’s policies and guidelines;
- Assisting the School to plan and implement new initiatives, policies, projects and school-wide activities;
- Providing executive support to committees and working groups; and
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
- A recognized degree, preferably a higher degree, with solid administrative experience in tertiary education;
- Substantial post-degree experience in Registry function;
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable with a commitment to respond proactively to rapidly changing needs;
- Proven ability to work independently;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
- Strong computer literacy and numeracy skills.
Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
Compensation Package
Competitive compensation package including basic salary, end-of-contract gratuity and discretionary incentive (if any) will be offered to the right candidate.Fringe benefits such as generous annual leave, staff learning and development sponsorship, medical & dental benefits and life insurance coverage will also be provided.
