Eaton’s Treasury team is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is based at our Corporate headquarters in Beachwood, OH.
Position Overview:
Provide support to the SVP, Treasury which can include but is not restricted to: calendar management, coordinating travel arrangements, organizing and coordinating meetings, submitting Travel & Expense reports, presentation preparation, issuance of monthly status reports, and administration associated with key programs.

In this role, you will:
- Support the preparation of presentations for major and cross-functional meetings, networking and gathering the data to complete the task.
- Plan and execute small and large events.
- Coordinate and issue monthly reports, including data collection and formatting, preliminary analysis, and recommendations when appropriate.
- Manage the SVP and staff calendars, proactively managing overlaps, required meetings, and conflicts.
- Answer phone, screen calls, take messages, and refer callers.
- Perform document management and signature management, including use of electronic tools such as Adobe and DocuSign.

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Associates degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum one (1) year of administrative experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 3 years of administrative experience
- Experience providing executive support
