The role is responsible for providing administrative support across key supply chain activities proactively working with key stakeholders to instil operational discipline, coordinating record management to meet internal and external reporting requirements, preparing management reports, presentations and reviews etc. This role supports Vice President level leaders with diary management, travel and expenses and event management. Your key responsibilities: Provide administrative support effectively utilizing the current version of Microsoft Office and other project software packages. Must have strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and MS Outlook Approach projects and assignments with a focused disciplined method Implement efficient work processes to support role Prepare documents, presentations, and spreadsheets, organize files to support running of the Supply Chain organisation. Schedule regular management meetings ensuring physical infrastructure is ready to go. Prepare, produce and distribute monthly reports including data collection, formatting, preliminary analysis, and preparation of recommendations Coordinate processing of travel arrangements, expense reports, global meetings/video conferencing for leadership team Conduct small and large event planning and execution which could include coordination for visiting senior management Qualifications Your essential skills we’re looking for: Previous Administrative/PA experience ideally in a corporate environment.
