The ability to drive human progress through technology relies on robust and reliable IT infrastructure – and that’s what our IT Infrastructure team provides to our customers. We’re a team of experts optimizing the performance and integrity of IT infrastructure and ensuring consistency and synchronization across all infrastructure components. Alongside supporting new and existing applications, we work with other IT groups and business units to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

• We support the Order Management and Order experience application teams for all their infrastructure needs.
• Work with Application teams to understand their requirements, analyze it and provide the right infrastructure designs to them.
• Work with the internal team for their daily infrastructure support.
• Put in proactive measures to ensure that we've 100% system availability at all times.

Essential Requirements

• Should have excellent technical skills on Linux and Windows.
• Should be familiar in handling virtual environments and in setting up environments with new technologies.

Desirable Requirements

• Should be good in communications and be ready to adapt fast to the changing infrastructure requirements.
