We’re looking for a Agile Coach who can help us:

• build and lead a team of Agile Coaches in Weehawken, Nashville, and Stamford and act as an SME on agile development practices to create alignment across all Agile Coaches globally
• establish Finance, Risk & Analytics Services as a "go to" destination for agile developers and managers in North America
• guide Product leaders and geographically dispersed teams in their adoption of lean-agile values, principles, tools (Jira, GitHub), and introduce the latest leading industry practices that enable organizational change
• launch, stabilize and optimize agile development teams by coaching and partnering with teams, product owners, and project managers to reduce lead time, deliver business value and continuously improve processes
• collaborate with Coaches across Global Technology in the development of our shared coaching and training material
• assist in the establishment of an eco-system to support programs, departments, and teams in their adoption of agile, including a self-service knowledge base, help desk, and an Agile Coaching and Training service
