At MBition, we are bringing digital luxury to mobility users around the world. To accomplish this, we are redefining how software is developed within the automotive field as part of an international Mercedes-Benz software development network. As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz AG, we develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS). In addition, we are responsible for the Mercedes me companion app, we provide seamless & connected mobility experiences and we contribute to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) platform development.

About the role

As Agile Coach for Way of working you will work in a team of coaches focused on our agile scaling framework "Way of Working". Way of Working is our internal agile, scaling framework which currently supports 5 departments, numerous projects and defines how we collaborate across more than 1.000 developers and more than 15 suppliers. In the future, we plan to make this source of agile and automotive best practices available to even more teams and projects.

In this role, you will develop agile processes for the automotive industry; and evolve, improve and maintain Way of Working. You will coach our teams and departments and will closely work with our Scrum Masters to enable them to act as a multiplicator for Way of Working. You will identify and aggregate impediments from teams in order to solve them and you will work with our QA experts to bridge the gap between agile and industry-standard frameworks like ASPICE. You will facilitate department, company, and project-wide initiatives where needed and ultimately help build an agile culture within an automotive context.
