Job Description

Position Summary:

As a Senior Agile Coach, you’ll drive the adoption of agile principles and practices across multiple levels of the organization, from executives to teams, and foster the development of an agile culture. You’ll challenge others, and yourself, to improve every day. You’ll play a critical role in transforming how we deliver digital services to our customers.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with delivery teams to ensure that they’re adopting agile and performing effectively
  • Work with management to establish the right processes for managing a portfolio or program of work in an agile way
  • Drive strategic change across the organization and ensure that adoption of agile principles is embedded throughout the most senior levels of the organization

  • Coaching and mentoring others

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years experience working as an agile coach
  • Experience using a wide-range of agile and lean frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or Nexus, while being methodology agnostic
  • Experience developing high-quality software

Education:

  • Degree in a technical field, or equivalent work or training experience

Skills / Competencies:

  • Expertise in coaching cross-functional, agile teams
  • Expertise in coaching the organization and executives to be more agile
  • A thoughtful, adaptive, and positive mindset
  • Empathetic, humble, and collaborative mindset
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, technical and otherwise
