JOB DESCRIPTION: Conducts analyses, reporting and project management in support of general business operations, special projects/initiatives and/or strategic/operational planning activities Support driving the successful delivery of strategic engagement with clients and client coverage organization Assist with production of client webcasts, CEO Series, Regional Events, Client Forums, Investor Solutions Forum, and Industry conferences Coordinate Client Engagement for BNYM and Industry sponsored events Assist with the Client Advisory Boards in partnership with business partners to drive global consistency Aid in assisting with the improvement of Client and Internal communication alongside our business partners to achieve the client experience the Firm seeks Contribute in supporting the business learning and development agenda, focusing on content and delivery in partnership with the business and HR partners Support efforts with growth campaigns Assist with efforts to Improve employee engagement through consistent communication and better transparency PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: Advanced/graduate degree preferred. Banking industry experience in risk, compliance, and client engagement preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
