Eaton’s IT division is currently seeking a Senior Analyst Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management to join our team. This position can be based out of any Eaton U.S. facility. Position Overview: In this role you will, maintain and update technology and platform solutions in Eaton’s Identity and Access Management space that addresses business and technical requirements, leveraging standard principles and patterns. You will be focused on maintaining, and updating Identity and Access Management systems: Okta, Modern Identity Governance Solution (e.g. Sailpoint, Saviynt), CyberArk, BeyondTrust, PKI. In this function you will: Investigates, analyzes, diagnoses, recovers and monitors various technology (Okta,OIM, PAM, etc) applications/platform related Incidents, performs Root Cause Analysis, and executes the standard Problem Management process. Interacts with other IT support teams, including key suppliers, to collaborate on issue resolution and to escalate when appropriate. Identifies gaps in monitoring and potential impact on service delivery. Works with resources across functions to deliver technology and platform solutions to meet customer requirements, providing solution options and highlighting operational or security risks Tunes and configures technologies and platforms to meet customer and operational requirements Coordinates and regularly updates technology, platform, and documentation to ensure operational health and security Support access provisioning and certification processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelors or Associates degree from an accredited institution OR a graduate of Eaton's Leadership Development Program Minimum of 1 year of Information Technology (IT) experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. Preferred Qualifications: 1 - 3 years in IT, preferably cybersecurity Experience with Identity and Access Management solutions and technologies Position Criteria: Identity Access Governance solutions (Okta, Sailpoint, Saviynt, OIM etc..) Single Sign On (SSO) and Muti Factor Authentication Implementing and troubleshooting SAML and OIDC/Oauth integrations Modern SSO standards and ability to describe their flows / characteristics Active Directory administration and integration, including an understanding of group nesting, multi-domain forests, universal groups Techniques for managing privileged access management (PAM) Identity Governance topics like identity lifecycle, role-based access, ABAC, certification, access request workflows, SoD, audit, What you’ll get from us: We provide benefits that are industry competitive and focused on employee well-being.
