PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in strategic information security planning based on industry-standard best practices to achieve

  business goals by prioritizing defense initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future information security technologies

• Remain informed on trends and issues in the information security industry
• Manages or oversees large scale or critical security infrastructure projects
• Coordinate the security project through its progressive stages, with the goal of project completion within specified time and budget constraints
• Stay current with any advances or changes in IT security system, technology and methodology
• Produce risk analysis and risk mitigation plans
• Effectively build and manage project budgets
• Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solution of complex problems
• Manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, the integration of vendor tasks into the work plan,

  track and review vendor deliverables

• Support internal and external auditors, and perform audits in compliance to policy, regulation and
• governance
• Define policies for the administration of all computer security systems and auditing processes
• Develop and maintain an information security awareness program

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

• 4+ years relevant experience in information security
• 2+ years of experience managing projects in an IT environment
• Experience on working with customer in the pre-implementation process to design and architect desired customer solution
• Experience on evaluate and identify opportunities to improve the security and performance of the existing security environment
• Experience on implementing various security solutions through deployment, configuration, integration of systems
• Experience in technical security review exercises as domain of knowledge expert to drive process & technology improvement
• Experience on security assessment and perform initial vulnerability assessment as part of the customer environment acceptance process
• Solid and excellent experience on effective communication with business stakeholders, vendors and top management
• Experience in consultancy / advisory position on IT or Security projects

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related filed is required
• An information security or other similar technical certification such as Certified Information Systems

  Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) is highly desirable
