Position Summary: Conducts accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and moderately complex funds including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses and preparing reports. Primary Responsibilities: Ensure the net asset value oversight review of all funds are performed on a timely basis in accordance with BNY Mellon standard or client specific procedures and timetables, with zero error tolerance. Ensure the NAVs are accurately communicated to the relevant parties according to the client specific agreed procedures. Ensure that Luxembourg regulatory reporting is performed within deadlines. Supervise the timely payment of fund expenses. Provide non-daily services/reporting to all clients. Ensure client concerns/requests are addressed as soon as possible and within an agreed timetable. Communicate any significant operational issues that arise to Manager. Ensure BNY Mellon standard procedures and controls are being adhered to on a daily basis. Communicate new procedures on a fund to all relevant staff. Leadership: No direct reports but may provide guidance to less experienced team members. May have people management responsibilities in some geographies. Job Scope: Contribute to the achievement of team objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Good working knowledge of Lux GAAP, IFRS, INREV reporting guidelines. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred; Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred. Familiarity with Geneva, Yardi, or Investran accounting platforms Private markets (Debt, Real Estate, Private Equity) fund administration experience Fluency in English required, plus any other language (French/German) would be considered an advantage.
