This exciting role offers opportunity to: Job Summary Senior Analyst HR in Eaton India Innovation center (EIIC) will be responsible to deliver comprehensive human resources analysis on an ongoing basis to improve the performance of HR as a critical business function that helps facilitate and achieve EIIC objectives and aspiration goals. This includes detail orientation and data-driven HR analyst mindset to support our human resources team, Leaders by collecting, accurately maintaining and reading data to make informed decisions on people related processes or interventions that connect to entry life employee cycle. Job Responsibilities Build partnership with EIIC Leadership and HRBP by offering people analytics through powerful visualization and insights Collaborate with business leaders and HRBP’s to diagnose root causes and help chose potential actions that can shift numerical results Translate stakeholder requirements into desirable outcome and set-up an internal effectiveness plan Use data to research and identify business problems and support EIIC with expertise, establish standard procedures, validation norms Drive continuous improvement and lead change and manage projects Prepare reports of data results and present findings to Leadership and HR team Provide monthly report out for EIIC leadership review, HR functional excellence, attrition analysis, Headcount and variation analysis, EIIC BSC updates etc. Set priorities and complete projects within expected timelines for continues improvement Source, extract, compile prepare and provide timely analysis for decision making Provide appropriate reporting support, benchmark kep performace matrix wherever required for people analytics Pro-actively stay well-informed of market dynamics and future trends in the field of people analytics Qualifications Requirement: Master’s Degree in Human Resources / Operations Research (with people analytics certification) or similar discipline minimum 6/7 years of experience in workforce/people analytics Technical knowledge Advance Excel and Power BI knowledge and hand on experience required , OBIEE Knowlegde good to have . Soft skills Consulting skills - Art of asking right questions, drive meaningful conversation Data integrity - Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information Ability to connect the dots - Good at data interpretation, analytical mindset, story telling Visualization - Good at building business PowerPoints Project Management - Good at planning and prioritizing Interpersonal skills - Good at collaboration and communication skills Yes!
