To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As a Senior Finance Analyst your primary purpose is to provide expert support to the Lead Analyst and the IT Finance OPEX Team with responsibilities related to Enterprise IT capital, IT Allocation and financial reporting. You will make a difference by: 1) Performs the monthly calculation of IT costs associated to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures globally. 2) Booking monthly journal entries and process invoices related to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. 3) Calculates and coordinates IT allocations for project billing, manual billing and external billing 4) Assists with the consolidation of IT capital and IT Allocation data (annual profit plan, monthly actuals and forecast) 5) Generates and uploads standard reports in the Enterprise IT SharePoint site. 6) Coordinates updates to data needed for the IT Finance QlikView monitors. 7) Assists with the governance over the monitors to ensure the data is accurate and complete. 8) Provides non-routine analytical support to the Enterprise IT Finance OPEX team. 9) Develops standard reporting templates.
