Job Title : Senior Analyst, IT Technical Analysis

Location: Xiamen

Senior Analyst, IT Technical Analysis role will be part of the Information Technical Team and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving client issues reported from MFG line leaders or managers. The candidate will provide support to Factory PC & Printers &IT application ; onsite support IT network switch & server issue assist .Participate in Global project , working with Global team completed IT project on time

Key responsibilities

1. Responsible for installation and maintenance of moderately complex hardware/software systems and supporting larger user groups.

2.Maintain production printer, find out printer root issue and repair it. Set up printer jet-direct IP and maintain.

3.Escalate serious issue to correct owner timely and get a communication with owner to put issue resolved timely.

4.Network, Switch Server Level 1 assist.

5.Joining Global IT project , deliver PC&Printer& setup application. Deliver project ontime

6.Assist CCC MFG Microsoft Security patch management

7.Confers with end users to determine software of hardware requirements.

8. Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions.

9.Handles detailed, structured problems. Identifies roadblocks to task completion and effectively brings them to management for resolution.

10. Generally uses existing procedures to resolve standard problems. Works on assignments where judgment is required a majority of the time.
