Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform business process analysis, document existing processes and recommend areas of improvement to achieve business results
• Conduct functional analysis of business requirements and translate into detail requirement specifications on designated technology platform
• Liaise closely with the users, IT teams and vendors to ensure accurate understanding of business requirements and effective delivery of IT solutions
• Coordinate and conduct project activities, IT integration testing, user acceptance testing, user training, production deployment, problem diagnosis and reporting
• Provide user/technical support during and post implementation
• Comply with corporate information security policy and report to Security Officer for any change requests that might compromise the security infrastructure and standards

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 year of experience in project management of large-scale IT project implementations
• Experience as business analyst in general insurance industry with knowledge of Scrum developmental methodologies would be an advantage
• Knowledgeable in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software quality management disciplines
• Good working knowledge of technical platform (e.g. AS400 web infrastructure, data warehousing, intranet Portals, etc.)
• Team player, self-motivated and independent
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written & spoken English
