Eaton is currently seeking a Purchase to Pay Senior Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Beachwood, OH. Position Overview: This role supports the global purchase-to-pay processes and procedures for our Oracle and SAP based systems within Eaton's Global Financial Systems and Services organization. This role's main responsibilities include further developing the Oracle and SAP processes and strategy related to Eaton's unrecovered cash balance; tracking, defining, and implementing a data cleansing strategy moving forward; execution of process improvements and new initiatives in a fast-paced, ever-changing, global environment. In this role, you will: Help drive, define, and organize a global unrecovered cash strategy. Centralize and harmonize the global Oracle and SAP unrecovered cash processes Actively work with global team members to ensure that the unrecovered cash balance is reduced and maintained to minimal levels Take findings from project Horatio (The Hydraulics Divestiture) and help define and organize a global strategy for data cleansing moving forward Coordinate and facilitate global PTP data cleanup, which will include root cause analysis and automating cleanup when possible Future involvement executing data cleanup for acquisitions and divestitures Drive monthly reporting and metrics related to unrecovered cash and data cleanup Assist team members with customer service cases related to third-party audit questions Identify and implement process improvements and policy changes as needed When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business and/or Finance from accredited institution Minimum two (2) year's experience in accounting and/or finance Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
