Eaton is currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Beachwood, OH. Position Overview: This role supports the global purchase-to-pay processes and procedures for our Oracle and SAP based systems within Eaton's Global Financial Systems and Services organization. This role's main responsibilities include ensuring that global processes are being adhered to, driving the training and implementation of PTS globally where it does not currently exist, providing on-time excellent customer service and supporting the development and execution of process improvements and new initiatives in a fast-paced, ever-changing, global environment. In this role, you will: Work with organizations across Eaton to implement and execute the Process Tracking System (PTS) rollout strategy globally Support and be an integral team member of the Eaton's system upgrade from PTS to FS2. Understand, refine, and further develop global purchase to payment processes as part of the project Conduct PTS and FS2 trainings and provide ongoing support Complete and/or coordinate upgrade testing at it relates to PTS and FS2 Execute invoice entry process audits for Oracle and SAP semi-annually and drive global improvements and standardization. Develop and efficiently communicate audit results with global shared service center process leaders Develop process knowledge as it relates to Oracle and Markview. This position will be cross-functional and will not only focus on SAP/PTS/FS2 Drive root cause analysis, be a point of contact, and provide resolutions for Eaton's CASS utility interface and Tangoe Telecom interface Assist team members with customer service cases related to third-party audit questions Identify and implement process improvements and policy changes as needed When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business and/or Finance from accredited institution Minimum two (2) years’ experience in accounting and/or finance Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
