Responsible for design, implementation, and continuous improvements of Track Capture Renew (TCR) process across EMEA Service Clusters. The incumbent of the role will work in close alignment with EMEA service management team and sales teams in the region. The aim of the of the role is to support and increase the sales of our digital remote monitoring SLA’s: Support technically sales teams to design a competitive and standardized solution and process to address customer needs. Drive monitoring and reporting assessment and workflow for TCR strategy and processes. Support remote sales teams for training and process deployment Ensure smooth hand-over of TCR operations to different Service departments across local Service teams. Your main duties: Effectively operating aligned and compliant to all applicable Corporate&EMEA Services Policies, Processes Act as a main point of contact for the main stakeholders within EMEA Services organization: country services units, cluster services, Field Services Engineers, Remote Sales Lead the optimization of the TCR success rate: Hit rate (volume and count) Manage directly the TCR process backlog and implementation of standardized model and tools (BidMan, SalesForce, C360, Excel templates) Responsible for monitoring and providing consistent status update including probability of success, timing, risks and opportunities. Lead and drive the creation and update of training and knowledge management plan and documentation Provide quotation support when required with follow-up on HIT rate to the EMEA Services team Drive continuous improvement culture within the team based on quantifiable performance (hit rate, time to deliver tracking, Bid quality NPS..) Proactively act as expert team member contributing to deliver TCR backlog when required as per team capacity status Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution 3-5 years’ experience in Service and/or Sales Operations Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products and ERP systems, and ability to quickly learn new systems and software English (proficiency verbal and written), any additional language an advantage Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Good negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong analytical skills Good time management skills.
