As the Senior Analyst-Trade Finance you will work with banking partners and internal stakeholders to issue relevant guarantees and maintain CoE status of the Dublin Treasury Trading Office. Your key responsibilities: Analyse and assess bank guarantee applications, communicating with applicant entity and bank as appropriate to agree commercial terms and requirements Support bank and corporate guarantee issuance process Manage the Bank Guarantee Portfolio Develop and prepare management reports with analysis of guarantee portfolio Identify and propose portfolio optimisation actions Participate in treasury projects as team member/contributor Prepare reports or other documentation as required for Treasury leadership Prepare KPI Calculations and reports on a monthly basis Assist with the set up of Bank Guarantee Facilities as and when required Reconcile all invoice payments received for Bank Guarantees and instruct settlement Work with Manager of Global Treasury Services to prepare calculations of the Annual Guarantor Fee (c. $20m) and deal with arising queries Assist the Manager of Global Treasury Services with assessment/selection/implementation of a Trade Finance Tool Assist with daily operational requirements of the TTO and other Treasury centers as required Review standard procedures and propose improvements to keep function efficient Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Finance or related field 2+ years of relevant finance experience General knowledge of finance and accounting Able to prepare meticulous recordkeeping, documentation, and control procedures Fluency in English Desired: Trade Finance or Treasury experience What we offer to you: Competitive compensation and benefits package Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team Flexible working solutions (remote, flexible working hours, compressed week, part time etc.) We make your aspirations matter – Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible We make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term – not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University #LI-MM2 Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
