This exciting role offers opportunity to: Primary function: A. Provides effective, economical and practical solutions to customer’s applications for key accounts in APAC region. B. Support the service of Factory Acceptance Test. C. Provides engineering-to-order solution as per the particular requirements from special customers/ projects. Basic function: A. Study the FAT needs from customers, communicate with sales and FAE teams and even the customer to agree on the testing proposal. Provide relevant costing analysis. Coordinate the factory and testing team for good delivery of FAT service. Support to facilitate FAT process, interpret the testing method and report to ensure good customer experience. B. Analyse the special application from the customer, if different from standard products, provide customization solution considering cost-effectiveness, reliability and applicability. Provide relevant costing analysis. Coordinate the factory and PMO team for good delivery of ETO products. C. Other temporary task or project assigned from management for organization goal achievement. Qualifications Requirement: A. Bachelor Degree of engineering or above B. Above 1 year experience for Bachelor Degree in power management industry, no working experience required for Master Degree. Experience in R&D, service roles in manufacturing companies will be preferred. C. Knowledge and understanding in electrical engineering/project management is desired. D. Proficient on Microsoft Office; Good cross-department communication and coordination skills; Proficient English skill in reading and writing, fluent oral English preferred. Yes!
