How You Will Contribute

 

  • Be a part of the Decisioning Services Professional Services team in Hong Kong providing robust technical application support services to our business
  • Participate in monitoring and maintenance of business applications, production environment and respond to exceptions according to the designated SLAs
  • Manage day-to-day technical service operations, and client requests accordingly
  • Engage with global application support team to resolve technical issues and manage incidents until service resume
  • Conducts problem reviews, root cause analysis with the relevant parties and stakeholders
  • Work closely with stakeholders to forward plan the release windows and cycles across the platform and services to determine release schedule
  • Assist and support users during production implementation and, prepare application system documentations
  • Participates in client on-boarding and service continuity management (BCP drill) activities

 

What You Will Bring

 

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or related technology disciplines
  • 3+ years' experience on application support, preferably in financial services industry
  • Acquire ITIL foundation certification level
  • Solid knowledge and know-how in supporting .NET Framework, Java, enterprise architecture, infrastructure and operation management technology
  • Hands-on experience in.NET development (Javascript, C#, WebForm, MVC) environment, web services (XML, SOAP, WSDL, JSON, REST) and Database (preferably MSSQL - T-SQL, SSIS, Reporting Services)
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills while solving a problem and optimizing the overall application.
  • Experience with web automation tools such as webtest or robot is preferable
  • Knowledge in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD process, tooling and Cloud technology
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Good team player with adaptable and proactive integrity, and acquire collaborative mindset
  • Able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and self-motivated
  • Reliable, intelligent, diligent and good problem-solving skills
