We expect :
1. bachelor’s or higher degree in architecture.
2. minimum 4 years of experience, with experience with built projects.
3. excellent aesthetic sensibilities and outstanding design skills.
4. proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to both learn from and mentor others.
5. working knowledge of 3D + 2D software.
6. coordination experience with clients, contractors, and consultants.
7. basic knowledge of products, materials, and construction methods.
8. excellent team leading abilities.
9. fluent Mandarin and English communication skills. (speaking, reading and writing)
