• Full member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) or a Registered Architect.
• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience as an architect (in architecture). Project execution experience of large scale projects and at least 6 years of experience in architectural practice.
• Practice experience with minimum 3 years in the capacity of a Project Architect during construction phase is highly preferred.
• Design skill to develop and resolve practical buildability issues is pre-requisite.
