Requirements:

• Architectural Degree holders with minimum 3 years' post HKIA qualification experience on local projects
• Proficiency in REVIT for BIM design authoring, statutory submission, coordination, and production workflow is a MUST
• Has design flair on large scale residential development and mix-use commercial and hospitality projects in Hong Kong and PRC
• In-depth knowledge on sustainable design and details
• Demonstrate sound leadership skill in team management and ensure the project/design quality scheduling and execution 
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Architect
