Our Client

Our client is a renowned state-owned consultancy company with a wide range of projects across Asia. To support the company's continuous growth and expansion in Macau, they are seeking high calibre individuals for the Senior Architect/ Architect for their Large- scale residential projects in Macau.

Responsibilities:

• Execute various types of projects, including lab building, from delivering design concept to project completion
• Oversee the feasibility study, schematic design works and detailed design works
• Supervise various vendors and contractors and able to handle all project issues and resolve potential clashes efficiently
• Review design proposals, tender documents, and reports

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architecture or other related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in architectural field
• Familiar with planning, design and execution, project management and building regulations in Macau/ Hong Kong
• Well-versed with local government submissions and approval procedures
• Team leading abilities with positive working attitude and detail-oriented
• Good project management and communication skills
• Fluency in Cantonese and English
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other graphic presentation software
