Our client is an outstanding architectural & interior design studio based in Hong Kong with a strong project portfolio in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Due to project expansion, they are currently looking to hire China experienced Senior Architect/Associate for their architectural team in Shenzhen/ Guangzhou/ Hong Kong.

What you do:

• Strong and efficient in producing schematic design, presentation drawings, detail design and construction details
• Review design proposals, tender/ contract documentation and reports
• Demonstrate strong leadership skill in team management and ensure the project/design quality scheduling and execution
• Communicate and coordinate with other consultants, contractors and vendors
• Frequent travel and site supervision

What you need:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in mixed-use/ shopping mall/ high-rise office building projects, candidates with HKIA or PRC Class 1 Registered Architect are preferred
• Creative, mature, responsible and independent
• Strong in contract administration and  project coordination is a bonus
  
• Well-versed with local development controls as well as government submissions and approval procedures
• Candidate with on-site experience in China projects is preferable
