• Minimum 5 years relevant experience with good design skills, contract administration and/or project management;

• Registered Architect in HK, UK or equivalent;

• Worked on HK railway projects or infrastructure projects;

• Skilled in CAD, Revit / BIM and Rhino;

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese preferred.
