Our client is a reputable property developer with an internal architectural practice in Hong Kong. Their portfolio covers residential, office, retail and service apartment in Greater Bay Area and first tier cities in China. Due to continuous developments in PRC, they have an additional headcount for the Senior Architectural Designer position.

Job Descriptions:

• Work for design team to manage architectural design projects from inception until completion 
• Responsible for planning, executing and managing various mixed use development projects in PRC
• Deliver architectural, facade and landscape projects for PRC projects
• Monitor design progress from conceptual, schematic and detailed design stage 
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural studies or other relevant disciplines
• HKIA is preferred 
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in overseeing architectural design projects in PRC 
• Good command of both spoken and written English , Chinese and Mandarin;
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
