Our team actively recruits for full time employees at all levels, from experienced to executive, as well as fixed term, contingent, and flexible talent and supports the internal movement process between roles.
Our Human Resources (HR) professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. The HR functions help the local offices in driving the firm's people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firm wide vales and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm wide success in the marketplace. The Human Resources function supports our people in reaching their full market value which then sets PwC apart as the distinctive Firm. This is newly created role to enable our business growth.
As an Experienced Hire HR Professional, you will:
- Take the full ownership and accountability to identify and source quality candidates to meet business needs of the responsible business portfolio to enable the business strategy, which includes:- Understanding the resourcing needs and requirements - Suggesting suitable resourcing channels - Sourcing and screening applications, conducting interviews and managing the necessary assessments - Identifying and recommendation suitable candidates
- Partner with the business and manage relevant stakeholders throughout the process for the best sourcing decision and candidate experience
- Participate in sourcing-related initiatives/projects to develop and implement innovative strategic sourcing strategy
- Proactively create and maintain relationships with diverse professional organisations and leverage network to develop strong pipeline of talents
- Coach the junior recruiters of the Experienced Hire team to develop them as HR talent acquisition professionals
Re porting structure & key relationships:
- Reports to the HR North Lead
- Key relationships: Partners and hiring managers in designated business portfolio, candidates, HR Leadership Team, Line of Service HR (HRBP), HR Experience Hire team members, HR Service Delivery Centre, other HR professionals and other supporting functions across China/Hong Kong
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a senior recruitment specialist, preferably within a professional service or multi-national corporate environment;
- Experience of recruiting finance or consulting positions at middle and senior levels;
- Ability to work independently to lead and manage the end-to-end talent sourcing to enable the business strategy;
- Experience with stakeholder management at all levels;
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving, organisation, analytical and research skills;
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Client-centricity with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility;
- Ability to manage various priorities;
- Proven social networking proficiency;
- Strong teamwork ethics;
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality;
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
- Experience with recruitment management system and strong MS Office skills.
