As the Senior Associate GDCM Property Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for leading teams of associates during the implementation of Property, Sales, and Revenue Systems across all Hilton family of brands worldwide. Additionally, you will assist team members globally by troubleshooting issues, giving advice and internal support through approved methods, and supporting managers on tasks as assigned. You will actively contribute to streamlining and enhancing implementation processes and documentation.

More specifically, you will:

·Lead implementation projects after a handover from the manager

·Follow the approved implementation processes to successfully install property, sales and/or revenue systems at any brands globally, depending on the team schedule

·Assist in special projects from time to time, interfacing, ad hoc support on and off property, and working closely with the line manager

·Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited:

oKick off meetings/presentations and daily status meetings with the hotel management.Serve as the primary contact with the hotel team during the project phase.

oExecute the scheduled activities:

§System Database Build

§On Site classroom training / virtual training assistance

§Hardware set up

§System issues troubleshooting and working with the supports team to rectify and support tickets

§System interfacing

oCommunicate with other implementation team members, including shift and tasks scheduling

oProject sign off, wrap up, and handover as per the project plan and task list

· Additional responsibilities include:

oCoach and train team members, including successful onboarding of new team members, giving them full exposure to all aspects of a project and tasks

oReview team member development and onboarding plans as required

oGuide team members and liaise with the managers to support team member development and management

oAttend all internal departmental and training calls, actively contribute to information sharing through approved channels

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

·Three (3)years of professional work experience in Technology or related field

·Two (2) years of experience as a system installer for Property, Sales or Revenue Systems

·Solid understanding of Hilton’s systems (PMS, CRS, downstream systems) and interfaces

·Ability to work independently and lead a team

·Proven record of accomplishment in being able to lead all types of projects for GDCM (Focused/Full Service, US & global)

·Bilingual speaker English/Mandarin

·Travel 60% of the time, both domestic and international

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

·Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience

·Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field

·Three (3) years of experience- as a system installer for Property, Sales or Revenue Systems

Proven success in customer facing environment (i.e. through satisfaction scores)
