Senior Associate IS Engineer – Provisioning

What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will work on the Provisioning team that is under the Digital Identity and Access Services group as a Senior Associate IS Engineer.

• Manage Amgen’s IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) and Identity Governance and Intelligence (IGI) environments, External Identity Management System.

• Monitor operational and performance statistics for managed systems to ensure reliability and availability, perform preventative maintenance, automate routine procedures and participate in change control processes

• Troubleshoot problems, respond to escalations, and perform repairs as needed

• Conduct routine hardware and software audits of servers and applications to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines

• Create and maintain technical documentation such as SOPs, design documents, operational drawings, manuals, etc.

• This position may have after hours responsibilities

What we expect of you

• Strong knowledge of Identity, Access and Role Management applications (IBM ISIM, IBM IGI, Sailpoint IdentityIQ or Microsoft Identity Manager)

• Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD

• Working knowledge of the Salesforce Force platform

• Good programming and scripting skills such as PowerShell, Perl, VB Script, Java, C#, etc.

• Good written and verbal communication skills, collaborative and team player

• Experience with managing systems in a federally regulated environment - FDA/SOX/GMP/GCP/GLP

• 4+ years in Identity Access Management
