who deliver inclusive skill and knowledge-based learning experiences to Team Members at Owned, Managed, Franchised, and

What will I be doing?

Facilitation(Upto50%oftime)

§Facilitateanddelivervirtualandclassroomlearningevents,buildingexpertisein skillsandabilities,including demonstration, knowledge sharing, motivation, coaching, and support.

§CreateanenvironmenttoenhanceTeamMemberknowledgeandallowforapplicationoflearning.

§Makeapplicableadjustmentstolearningdeliverytoaccommodateandrespectlocalcustomsorbusinesspractices.

§Investdedicatedtimeforpreparation,self-development,focusingonbuildingfoundationalfacilitationskills andstaying informed about industry standards.

§Collaboratewithleaders,internalandexternalsubjectmatterexperts,andpeerstounderstandperformanceexpectations to achieve intended learning objectives.

§ShareprogramresultsandkeyobservationswiththeSeniorManagerofLearningExperienceandotherstakeholders.

§ConductVirtual-Ledlearning programsfornewhotelopeningstosupporttheexpansionofhotelsacrosstheAPACregion and on occasion in person if approved.

§BecomecertifiedtodeliverallEnterpriselearningprogramssupportedbytheLearningExperienceteam.

§Workingproficiencywiththefollowingvirtuallearningplatforms:WebexMeeting,andMicrosoftTeams.

§Enhancethelearnerexperienceandsupportthefacilitatorbymanagingthetechnicalrequirementsduringvirtualsessions.

§Demonstrateproficiencywithplatformfeatures(feedback,chat,whiteboard,screenshare,breakouts,etc.)andlearn new features and benefits as they become available.

§CoordinateandconductWebexrehearsalswithprogramfacilitatorandotherpresentersasneeded.

§Preparethevirtualroominadvance -ensurealllayouts,materials,breakouts, andactivityplansarepre-loadedandready.

§Engageandhelpfocustheparticipantsbyannotatingandhighlightingkeypointsonwhiteboards/slidesorinchat.

§Implementappropriatesolutionsandworkaroundswhentechnicalchallengesoccur.

§Coordinatesdebriefingwiththefacilitator.

§Supportwithpost-classadministrationwhererequired.

§Demonstratepatienceandempathywithparticipantsandspeakers.

Administration(Upto20%oftime)

• Create,schedule,anddocumentasrequiredinthelearningmanagementsystem,toensureproperparticipant registration, preparation, and attendance in learning sessions.
• Managelearnercommunications,providingdirectionandsupportasneeded.
• Managescheduleandexpensesandotherprojectsasassigned.
• Attendmeetingsasrequired.
• Prepareothercommunicationsandreportsasrequired.

ProjectDesign&Development(Upto10%oftime)

§Manageand/orparticipateinlearningproject management,developmentand/orsharedprojectsasavailable or requested. The type of projects and time required for each will vary.

§Providetimelyfeedbackforeditsandbethevoiceoftheparticipantstoprogramowners.
