Your new field of activity - challenging and future-oriented You have a leading role on small / medium size and parts of large global buy & sell-side M&A projects that we execute in close collaboration with our M&A department and the business. You work both independently and collaboratively with the team, utilizing the knowledge, experience, and strengths available You perform financial due diligence procedures, complex financial analyses, valuations, analyze accounting implications or assist in preparation of special purpose financial statements; you formulate the key messages and discuss results with the negotiation team and (senior) management You take the opportunity to also work on other challenging finance topics as they arise You advise on contract clauses around purchase price mechanism, closing balance sheet and relevant accounting policies and support in negotiation as needed You act as (one of the) key contact persons for the financial work-stream in close collaboration with Corporate M&A You establish, maintain and leverage relationships with other parts of Siemens worldwide (e.g. Corporate M&A, Legal, Accounting & Controlling and management of the acquiring/selling Siemens entities) establishing CF R TS as a reliable and trustworthy partner You contribute to digitalization efforts within CF R TS and add your own ideas Business travel is limited (<10%) Your qualifications and experience: Strong academic history (degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting) You have extensive professional experience profe in Transaction Advisory / Deals practice of a professional services firm (Big 4 or similar) Good knowledge of IFRS; a CPA, ACCA, ACA or CFA qualification is beneficial Experience in M&A deals and exposure to financial due diligence or valuation and Business Plan modeling tasks or Business / Performance / Project Controlling Experience with M&A contract clauses preferred You bring an empathetic, honest, authentic communication style enabling you to easily collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors and navigate various levels of the Siemens organization (including top management) You are flexible, result oriented, proactive and have a hands-on mentality to get things done in a dynamic environment Strong communication skills enabling you to communicate at eye-level in fluent English with colleagues worldwide, across different businesses and management levels.
